"This is single men’s Heaven. You will love this location, it is full of fun, easy to walk to a lot of locations, security is on the property 24/7, and there is food on the property, only disappointment was the gym was not on site and you half to walk up the road to go the the gym and it’s a member fee daily, otherwise everything else was perfect, breakfast was free but you half to pay for your other meals and it’s affordable and convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel. "

The restaurant was nicely decorated in Caribbean style and the food & drinks were delicious. The hotel was in a great quiet location yet easily walkable to all the beach restaurants and bars. We enjoyed watching all the many colorful kite surfing on Cabarete and Kite Beaches. Don’t miss going to Encuentro Beach...

"They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only. Well the bad experience came about when we checked out and all of a sudden, the surprise visit from hotel staff that we MUST pay for a clogged toilet or they will charge my credit card.
