"We booked this cabin last minute and overall very happy with the stay. Services on the property ensure you would not have to leave. Dining is higher on the pay scale but quality matched the price. We stayed in the E2 cabin which was conjoined with another. They are smaller but adequate for two people and very clean. Grand Lake itself is a gem and we plan to return."

"My Wife and I had a great Stay and Everything was easy going from Booking to allowing our Pets to come and stay as well. Also Nena who is the Caretaker/House keeper was extremely helpful and very Friendly. We did not get a Chance to say Thank you due to us leaving so Early and will also be mailing a Thank you card with Appreciation tip for all her help. We love visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. We will definitely be booking a stay next year when we come back to Visit. We are from The Western slope of Colorado so the Trip to Grand Lake was not long! Thank you again for a great place to stay and Friendly service. "

"Check in was easy as we used the code to enter the property. The home has an excellent view of both Grand and Shadow Mountain Lakes. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The lower floor has a game room with pool table/air hockey combo plus a deck with a hot tub. Walking to town was relatively easy if in reasonable health. Overall a fantastic property. "

"The owner met us upon arrival and went over everything with us. It was easy to find the property, and the home was just as it appeared in the listing. This property provided everything you would want and more! Every little detail was considered! The first morning, we saw a Mama Moose and her baby right outside the window! Our children LOVED both of the scavenger hunts that the owners provided us! The kitchen had every utensil or appliance once would need. There were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper rolls to get our family of 8 through a 9 day trip! We loved getting out on the lake in the canoe and on the paddle boards. The kids didn’t like swimming because it was shallow and the underwater plants tickled their legs. Even without swimming, the lake was enjoyable. There were so many toys and games to play with that our kids never got bored. We had kids 9-17 with us, and they all loved the cabin! Our family stays in A LOT of vacation homes and this one was second to none! We let the owners know that a bear got into the dumpster due to the bolt breaking. We were simply making them aware. The next day, they brought us a gift card to a local restaurant because they felt bad we had to pick up trash. It was definitely not necessary, but just a glimpse of how amazing they are! All needed information was sent ahead of reservation.Gabrielle kept in contact and was so happy to help us make our stay as enjoyable as possible.My husband has mobility issues (uses a walker and a mobility scooter as needed) and the property was just as described. Very roomy - lovely walk-in shower - easy access to the town of Grand Lake.The courtyard is beautifully "overgrown" allowing for privacy and the feeling of being in a bit of forest all around!Gazebo, gas grill and tables available too.Had a bit of a problem with TV remote- but suspect "operator error"! We did let Gabrielle know and she offered to send someone over right away but we were not in town at the time and missed her message.NOT really a big deal... we didn't come here to watch TV anyway!
