"Perfect getaway cabin. Close to Denver and Red Rocks. Loved this place."

"We hit the rare spring snowstorm and it was unexpected but awesome. Beautiful views with and without the snow, which eventually melted. Not far from Evergreen for dining and groceries. Lots of great trails very close - if you are flatlanders like us I recommend the Panorama Point trail just east of downtown Evergreen. The place has everything you need and is very comfortable. Had to call the contact one time and he was very helpful. No issues."

"The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code...

"We absolutely loved Larry’s place in Boulder Mountains! Everything was as advertised and even better! The home slept 7 of us perfectly and everyone was comfortable. The setting, streams, hiking and short distance to downtown Boulder for our daughter’s graduation was ideal! We would love to stay here again!"

"The most they had received in 10 years, said the locals. Yes we were there for the March 2024 storms and the forecast were accurate. Almost 61 inches measured in Nederland. We had a great time though and our teens learned what it really means to shovel snow. Briggite was accommodating, and kind the whole way through."

"We LOVED our weekend at this cabin! It was just perfect! We came to Colorado to elope and because of the rain, ended up just eloping on the beautiful grounds of the cabin! It couldn't have been more amazing! Great accommodations for us and our 4 kiddos! They loved exploring the grounds. "Check in and communication was seamless. Cabin was "rustic meets ski lounge" - exactly what we were after! The property is somewhat close to the main road/highway, so you can hear some road noise from time to time. Overall excellent experience!"

"This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog! We loved it. Beds were very comfortable, house was well-maintained and stocked. I really loved that there was only one TV which was in the main family room. I always bring our own food and cook when we go on trips to get away. Kitchen was great; loved the picnic table positioned in the extended room facing the glass sliding door. We spotted a handsome fox in the yard while eating dinner. We enjoyed seeing deer and a moose strolling/grazing...

"I wanted some time in a cabin, in the mountains. It was quiet. My friend and I enjoyed the peace and making a fire to warm up. It was far enough away from Boulder to get out of the city , but also close enough to hang out in city. Overall, great stay. The driveway into the property is steep. Luckily I drove carefully, but a little heads up to be careful driving in should be stated, as there is a cliff with no guardrail. We returned when still daylight out for this reason. We are not...

"The location of the property was perfect for us - close proximity to Boulder while being far enough to be peaceful, quiet, and without much light pollution at night (great for stargazing and photography). Wildlife visits every day/night - turkeys, hummingbirds, and a family of deer slept just below the back deck one night. "My son and I stayed at the Nederland Cabin for an extended weekend, while attending a ski race. It was a great place. We enjoyed the location in town and the quick drive up to Eldora. Great owners, super helpful and communicated everything we needed. Overall, I would recommend to anyone and would stay there again."

"Hard to find the location, directions take you to a building next door. The signage to indicate the property location is not so great. Once we were checked in, it was great!"

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
