"We loved staying at Expedition Lodge. It was very close to the lake and a couple of amazing food places (you HAVE to try the pizza place across the street). Our drive to RMNP was very easy even though it’s a little bit out of the downtown area. The pool area needs a little update but it’s indoor and usable. I wish there had been a hot tub. The beds were comfy and I loved that you could enter your room from the inside or the outside. The coffee bar area was nice and I loved the fire pit areas. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"This is a great place to stay in a convenient location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice. I am not an amenities snob or 4 star resort traveler, I travel mostly off season as a solo female looking for outdoor adventure, so what matters to me is first and foremost, a feeling of safety and security. I felt very safe here. I like clean crisp bedding on a comfortable bed-check and check. Things that stand out to me in a room are sink water fixtures that have clearance to fill water bottles and hydration bladders, plenty of nice clean towels, multiple waste baskets, good water pressure and plenty of hot water, in room fridge, microwave and coffee pot, good lighting, a magnified mirror, adequate window coverings, an iron and ironing board, hard surfaces to organize gear and prep/eat light meals, and a mix of drawer and hanging clothing storage. Hotel Estes provided all of the above. I would absolutely stay here again, especially for the price."

"My boyfriend and I loved our stay at the Estes Mountain Inn. It’s conveniently located, super clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing! Also, loved that they actually had real ceramic mugs for your morning coffee in the room vs the plastic stuff. Such a nice touch! Thank you for an amazing stay!"
