Come enjoy a mountain getaway at this modern updated one-bedroom, one bath condo steps away from the base of Ski Granby Ranch & the Base Mountain Lodge or only a short 20 minute drive to Winter Park. Mountain Lodge includes 3 dining options, ski/bike rental shop, lift ticket office, and main ski lift access. Year-round fun! Newly renovated heated outdoor pool/hot tub, heated garage parking (unlike most other condo buildings nearby), fly-fishing, mountain biking, 18-hole golf course, hiking, nearby access to Rocky Mountain National Park, 3 nearby lakes for boating, skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, enjoying the mountain views from the spacious private balcony!

Condo is a 650 sq ft one-bedroom with queen master bedroom, queen bed pullout sofa, 1 pack n play crib, one full spacious bathroom (separate shower & tub), and high ceilings (top floor unit). Completely furnished kitchen and full-size appliances. Kid friendly items: cabinet locks, outlet covers, baby gate, baby monitor, booster chair, kid toilet, clip-on table baby seat. Wifi included, 40" Smart TV in living room, 32" TV & air conditioning in master bedroom (which is unlike most other one-bedroom units in the building). Head out for a meal at the lodge or stay in to cook a family meal - brand new gas grill provided. Washer & dryer included in the unit. Heated underground parking for one car per condo unit. Elevator - no stairs needed to access the condo unit.

Coming up for a fun mountain getaway? Purchase lift tickets, rent your equipment, then hit the slopes all within steps of the Base Camp Condo building. Then store your skis in a personal ski locker for the condo. Convenience is key! Want a bigger mountain adventure? Winter Park is a quick 20 minute drive. And only 20 miles from the west-side entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park - just north of Grand Lake. The common outdoor heated pool and hot tub is steps away to relax after a day of fun on the slopes.

We are a family of 4 who stayed to ski. This was a great spot for us with kids learning to ski. From indoor parking to the ski locker to proximity to the slopes was great. Overall we had a great experience.

Very nice property. There is an AC unit in the master bedroom which cooled the bedroom down before going to bed. It gets cool enough at night that you can turn off the noisy AC and open the windows. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park Will stay again

Perfect for a Summer Weekend

This unit was perfect for 2 people staying for 3 nights to attend a wedding at Granby Ranch. Loved the view! Everything was clean, comfortable, and in great condition - easy access with the parking garage and digital door lock. It was a warm August weekend, but a window fan was available and that was all we needed at night. Took advantage of the GR trails. My daughter is anxious to come back to ski at GR and in the area. Didn't find any tea in the kitchen, but I always travel with my own just in case. Thank you!

Perfect stay

This will be our fourth time coming to Granby Ranch to ski from Pennsylvania. We have stayed at some of the other homes in the area but decided we will not be staying anywhere but here. The location is perfect. Our car was parked in the closed garage the whole time but we had no use for it because we just grabbed our skis from the locker room and went outside to ski. The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub, heated pool and fitness facility was such a bonus. We can’t wait to be back! Thank you so much for letting us share your space!

Wonderful Ski Lodgings

This condo was an amazing little place to stay. The place was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The heated ski lockers were a life saver and we were only steps away from the lift. This is the perfect place for beginner skiers or for someone like me who just wants to cruise. Amazing trip!

Enjoyed our stay. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Condo was well kept, and amenities were awesome. Right next to base camp, and garage parking and ski lockers made things so easy. Just walk right out the door to the lifts.

Cozy family oriented unit!

The unit was very functional and had 50 yards access to a lift which made skiing with the family much less stressful. The indoor parking garage made it great to get in and out without being too cold. It appears they use this property themselves as well so it is well stocked and are friendly owners. Make sure to download the check in details beforehand as you might not have signal since there are a few things to know as a tip. Definitely would recommend and come back again next season!

Base Camp - Granby Ranch

Stayed two nights and had a great time! The condo was clean and cozy. Steps from ski rental/tickets and lifts. The equipment locker was really convenient if you wanted to eat lunch in the condo or to put unneeded items in it instead of going up to the room. Instructions from the owner were thorough and all door codes and keys worked perfectly. Wish we had time to stay longer! Would definitely stay again!
