"We had the best stay!! We absolutely loved exploring Fraser and winter park. We attended a wedding at devils thumb ranch and the drive was super easy. The house was super cute, very clean and worked perfectly for our needs with our 2 little kids. Highly recommend and would stay there again!"

The kitchen had everything we could want.10:00AM is a little early for a checkout with all the family. We asked for a later one, which was granted, but you might reconsider this policy."

"Especially for the price point, this property proved to be a great place to host 10 adult golfers for a couple of nights! The 11 bedrooms are behind separate doors, so privacy isn't an issue. Many of the bedrooms have multiple beds, so if you don't mind sharing bunk space, there's room for quite a few folks!There's plenty of room for a group to eat. The kitchen has enough pots/pans, plates, silverware, etc. to cook for and feed a large group, too. Having the pool table and other games in the basement makes for a nice apres-golf or apres-ski relaxation place. The group is already talking about next year's golf trip, and we'll be shooting to grab this property again."

"Lots of space, bathrooms, and seating for a large group. Decking has been recently updated with new trex,and new grill. The new grill could be larger but that’s a small issue. Also new outdoor seating is nice. Cookware is pretty worn out and should be replaced. China and silverware is good in quantity and quality. Large refrigerator and freezer is very helpful. Owners allow for previous guests unused spices, etc to remain for future guests to use…which was very helpful. Our second visit…communication with management company is excellent. Extra charge for an early check-in exists, is not necessary with no prior night guests, and is a poor management practice. "
