"Aesthetically wonderful hotel! Great views, clean areas all around, and very friendly and helpful staff! I really enjoyed my stay! Having said that I will never stay here again due to being charged for things that should come with my stay. I can pay $100 less per night somewhere else and have everything I need to have an enjoyable stay. All bottled up into a single price, no fine print. I guess you have to pay to be in a fancy place. Pretty sure there is something dampening my cell phone signal, so I'm almost being forced to pay for wifi. No breakfast options other than an overpriced restaurant. Charging me to park in the parking lot of the hotel I'm paying to stay at is absolutely absurd. Guess I'm just not used to the fancy pancy hotels, where they take away amenities so they can price gouge you. I suppose that's how rich people get richer. It's a very nice place though, i guess just not my cup of tea. It's more for upper class that don't mind throwing money away. Honestly I did enjoy my stay! It's just things that i feel like I should get when i choose your hotel i get charged extra for. I'm just used to getting all those things at a reasonable rate. Also not feeling like i got fine printed."

"Cute place, quiet and perfect location to walk to everything in town and loved the very large room. Southwestern restaurant attached was really yummy too. Only complaint is black out shades are needed as the sun rises and faces the bed. They are sheer drapes but it’s not enough to block."

"Top Notch experience! Very thoughtfully designed hotel from top to bottom in terms of design & experience. Reminds me of Shutters (in Santa Monica) with a Colorado vibe. Luxury and casual simultaneously. Ice, Water, & Sparkling water stations on every floor with metal reusable water bottles provided for every room, best breakfast I've ever had at Axel restaurant in hotel, we checked out the electra townie cruiser bikes and rode around campus (high end cruiser bike, not a clunker), hotel is located on University property so super close (walking distance) to campus. Reminds me of a more elevated "Graduate" hotel. Night stands on both sides of both beds, so didn't have to fight for space or outlets, they have therabody equipment to check out from front desk, my son did the Thera boots (if you know, you know!). Beautiful and fun grounds with corn hole, fire pits, heated outdoor pool, all the things! Splurge on this one, you will be happy you did."
