Spacious third-floor (top floor) condo with vaulted ceilings located INSIDE RESORT of Granby Ranch Ski & Golf Resort, just two hours from Denver Airport. Enjoy on-site skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, and mountain biking—all right there. Only 20 minutes to Winter Park Ski Area & Mary Jane Ski Area, 20 min to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. Ten minutes from Sombrero Stables with winter horse drawn sleigh rides and horseback riding with cowboy dinners & 10 min to YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch which has ice skating and ice skate rentals, downhill tubing, hiking, fishing, cross country skiing and cross country ski rentals. Across highway—Kroger Grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, Starbucks, McDonalds, Dominos pizza. Medical Center & UrgentCare only 2 miles away.

Top-floor unit with vaulted ceilings & beautiful mountain views. NO ELEVATOR (36 steps).
Two balconies - larger one off living room and a smaller one off of primary bedroom)

Pool, fitness center & kids arcade game room across street at lodge with video games, pinball, air hockey, candy/soda vending machines and pool tables. .
Washer & Dryer INSIDE our condo.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, private ensuite bathroom, and small balcony with table & 2 chairs. Small TV. Armoire opens into a fold-out desk. We have wi-fi in our condo.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two stacked double beds (sleeps 4).
• Extra twin and toddler mattress stored under beds.
• Graco Pack & Play crib and umbrella stroller provided. Kids games, books, a few toys.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms (one ensuite, one hallway), both with tub & shower.

Living & Dining:
• Cozy living room with gas fireplace, cable TV & Wi-Fi (Wi-fi & cell phones can be spotty in the mountains! Sorry there’s nothing we can do).
• Dining table seats 6; breakfast counter seats 4.
• Many board games for adults and kids, puzzles, kids’ books, toys, crayons, and coloring books.

Balconies:
Two balconies with Rocky Mountain views.
• Main balcony off living room with table & 6 chairs.
• Smaller balcony off primary bedroom with cozy table & two chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen just like at home! Granite countertops, new appliances (new oven/stove & new dishwasher), coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot, blender, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Laundry:
Washer & dryer inside the unit, plus iron & ironing board.
