The main ground floor entry includes a nautical-themed mudroom with bench seating, storage for outdoor equipment, an alcove with twin bunk beds, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The open den area contains a small desk for checking emails or working during your stay, along with a private patio to enjoy the refreshing Colorado air. The main floor offers plenty of open space for gatherings of any size, featuring a ceiling fan in the main living area, ample seating to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, or stepping outside to the private deck with a sitting area, BBQ grill, and views of the surrounding forest and mountains. The dining area is adjacent to the living area, equipped with a table and chairs for four guests, plus two additional spots at the breakfast bar.
