"Business travelers beware. No matter how much planning or getting pre-authorized credit card forms approved ahead of time, you still get charged. Why they can’t be upfront with you from the beginning and just charge you from the beginning is beyond me. When you are checking in multiple rooms it is difficult to manage, correct and get reimbursement now on people’s credit cards for something that should have been simple. Trying to get a hold of anyone who understands anything on the phone is near impossible as well. All I can suggest is dial “0” and be specific. I won’t come back."

"Staff was great and helpful, air conditioning was good but the AC was missing buttons lol The rooms were clean but it had like a stuffy weird smell upon arrival had to keep the window open and spray for it to smell a bit pleasant. Other than that place was great!!!"
