"Very family friendly but disappointing that they wouldn't allow my 3 year old into the kid's corner for cupcake decoration. Having said that this place is very well kept (except for our shower that didn't work the first day, pipe issues) and the food was great!"

"Please be careful as this resort is full of rude staff andr hey will tell you one thing and do another. Nobody cares about your service even if you try to reach out floor manager or supervisor. Everyday was new stress. I would not recommend it at all. "

"Busy, modern, and active resort with lots of things to do. We especially liked the Cafe Bistro with touch screen ordering, the poolside little cooking stations for a taco or nachos as a snack, the evening shows (esp the breakdancing one). The staff all seemed happy, engaged and proud to work there. "

"Traveled with three families with kids ages 4-7. The place was great: pools were awesome, food was better than expected. Staff was all around outstanding. Sometimes when busy was hard to get a sun chair, and dinner reservation system was a bit wonky, but we got everything we needed. Water slides and lazy river and kids clubs were major pluses. Beach is so-so compared with some others, but pools were great. Strong value for money. "

"Beautiful grounds. The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. The food isn’t as good as I was expecting for this resort. Circus restaurant is fun for kids but do not get fish and chips. It’s terrible. Everyone says, it’s fun but the food is bad. Why doesn’t the MP fix that? The spa is a little hidden place to grab coffee much quicker than the cafe. The cafe is amazing though. Sadly, the water isn’t that beautiful cancun water. We moved over to hotel zone to stay another week. So worth the beauty of the ocean on this side. The hotel is very beautiful though. They have some nights that are fun where you can eat outside. They do not advertise it very well. So much wasted food but we missed one totally because we had reservations and didn’t know about it. Check the app a lot. We went to a live country night that was super fun. Fun activities for the kids. I wouldn’t go to sunrise pool if you are at the grand. It’s sooooo crowded. Not worth it at all. Beware of the people as you leave. They try to high pressure you to buy a half price hotel for a future visit. They will not leave you alone. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and everyone had fun. "
