Room was ready and cooled when we arrived. Good complimentary breakfast with eggs bacon, biscuits, cereal, the standards for hot and cold breakfast fare. Nice pool. Pretty clean and the front desk was a huge help with things to do and mostly, places to eat nearby.

My room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was also very good. It was fresh and hot. Only thing that may be an issue for someone else is there is no elevator but there are only 2 floors. My stay was wonderful.

Housekeeping staff walked in the room both days we were staying before 11am. Check out is 11am, they knocked on the door at 1030am asking if they could clean the room. Toilet kept running after you would flush, shower could be updated. Clean and quiet, good for a quick weekend stay. Great location for going into Charleston.

Housekeeping staff was very kind and did a great job. The rooms are a bit run down, especially the bathroom. The building we were put in was a distance to the lobby, so we never bothered with breakfast. In addition, the front desk staff never mentioned breakfast or the location of any amenity.

The staff, particularly Miss Faith, were so welcoming, friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Faith made sure our room was close and explained all the details to us. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Had a little hitch with the lock when we first arrived and the desk clerk took care of it immediately. She was on it and took good care of us, it was very much appreciated. Things can always go wrong but it's how quickly it was handled that mattered and made us feel like she cared
