1st Floor & Pet Friendly with Private Fenced Yard - Across from Beach Walkover

Easy Access Ground Level Apartment - Pet friendly with furnished patio, grill with propane and private fenced yard. King in master bedroom, 2nd sleeping area has double bed. Dog friendly. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately a 100 foot walk. Only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment. This is a townhouse unit in a building that has three units.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

Perfect size for a small group/couple

The pictures dont do this place justice!! The outside is super cute and way closer to the beach than i was expecting, Alicia responds quickly when needed and answers all questions, i really enjoyed staying here and plan on coning back as soon as we can. Was also a very convient location for us to do activities like deep sea fishing for shark. Super fun and thrilling!!

Great location for couple or small family

The location of this property was great for beach access and only a 15 minute walk to downtown. The condo was a little dated but super clean and worked great for us. The neighborhood is quiet. We would rent again for sure!

Perfect cozy cottage

My daughter and I, with our two fur babies, love this cozy comfort hidden gem. There’s plenty of space to accommodate us all. The huge King size bed and the 2nd room has a full bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The fenced yard was one of the reason we chose this location, plus the beach is walking right across the street!!! Very clean and uniquely decorated. We would definitely be staying here when we come back to visit Folly beach again!!! Thank you Mrs Alicia for welcoming our stay.

Chastians Cottages Folly Beach

Property was in a great location. Ground level apartment with fenced in yard for the dogs was the best!!! Very clean and spacious enough for us three adults and two small dogs!! Short walk across the street to the ocean!! Definitely have found my go to place at Folly Beach!

We were very happy with this rental. The bed was super comfortable and every thing was clean!! We have rented the other units in this building and just like the other ones this unit was great!! The owner is super easy to get a hold of and is quick to respond!!

Folly beach vacation

Second time staying and we will always return her for our beach vacation. So close to the beach and everything else is a quick golf cart ride or walk away. We had everything we needed! Thanks for everything! See you next year.

This is the second time we have stayed at this rental. The set up of the unit is a bit unusual but the space and amenities are more than adequate for 2 people. The proximity to the beach is a plus.

Great location and perfect for pets.

We greatly appreciated Miss Alicia (really sweet lady) and the property. My husband, my son and myself with our dogs really enjoyed this cozy and well-equipped condo. We brought our bikes so we could easily get to Central if we wanted. Literally 20 yds from the beach and right @ public access 7. Fenced yard, great rate and awesome location was why we chose this over others. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much.

Great Dog Friendly Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was bigger than we expected with a nice layout that suited our needs perfectly. The house was nice and clean when we arrived and the property manager was very helpful with anything we needed. Beach access is very close and this end of the beach is not very crowded at all. It is about a one mile walk up to the main strip where there are plenty of restaurants and most of them allow dogs on the patio. We plan to stay here again in the not so distant future. Really happy with our trip to Folly Beach.
