"My room was located first floor closed to the breakfast buffet restaurant and toilet, it was so noisy, i tried to change another room but the staff need me to pay 22 euros to upgrade my room. So disappointed!"

"I actually thought the hotel was at the airport but it is not, it’s about 2-3 miles and they offer a shuttle to and from but we couldn’t find them to take from the airport to the hotel so we got a cab and they charged us $35 euros (we got taken advantage of) so I would recommend to get the info before landing to prearranged that and save money! We did get a ride back to the airport the next morning. The room was standard and nothing special about the bathroom but it did the trick! "

"Nice location. Safe. Clean. Very big rooms. Great Views. Felt like a North American Hotel. Downside was no year-round pool and the noise. Seems they built the hotel with no wall insulation. I could hear all noise for rooms next door and above/below. Two nights of six nights I was awaken at night due to loud talking. During day can hear lots. Be sure to have a Bluetooth speaker or be able to sleep with TV on. "

"I think I was in a much older and smaller room than my team (Qualio) which was fine. I would like to give one piece of feedback… please don’t force room service on customers who do not want it. It has a massive negative impact on the environment. Otherwise, thank you for the service!"

"Got to the hotel before check in time and they had a luggage area to store my bags so I could explore the city. Easy walk to Columbus Monument to catch the City Tour bus.The staff was very nice and they had an english speaking rep there. The room was very nice but set up was small. It had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The area was quiet and they had a small rester"

"Great location , very clean and a good standard , shared a room for 4 , it had enough space , quiet street so great for sleeping after a busy day enjoying ourselves . Make sure you have a 2 euro coin if you need to use the secure baggage store room for the case storage locker ( which was great ) "

"The lobby was so over scented it made us gag. I mean really off putting. Other guests agreed but staff was indifferent. We travelled all over Spain and this was our least liked hotel. "
