Read the reviews and people were saying the food for all-inclusive was limited and not good. I would definitely disagree with their opinions. The food options were great and made to order. Not just a bunch of buffets. Bartenders were great and pool service was good. Pool service could have been a little faster not enough of them for the number of people at the pool. Room cleaners came through the rooms at least TWICE a day and always made sure the room was clean and stocked. It was the first time I ever left a tip for house keeping. Grounds were kept up and very nice. If you are not going into town to eat I would definitely suggest the all-inclusive option ahead of time as the prices would have forced me into town to eat.

For our first trip to Cabo we were really impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and grounds. The service at the restaurants were okay but we were also okay to wait a little longer since the view was so amazing. Very close to the marina for shopping, nightlight and restaurants among other things to do. Overall we would stay here again. Thank you!

Great vacation spot. My only two issues were these: I wish they had more options for coffee in the morning, every morning so many people were desperate for coffee. The only option was a small amount at the check in / out counter which ran out quickly and waiting until breakfast starting at 7. Not great for early risers. My other issue was they only had just two places that served drinks near the pool. The lines were very long and those serving the drinks never seemed happy to serve. On numerous occasions I stood in line (all inclusive package) for over 30 mins to get a drink for my wife, a soda for my son, and a drink for myself. I was scolded by the bartender that I could only order 2 drinks per person. I rather have my family enjoy their time by the pool while I get them drinks. Other than the coffee and drinks, this was a great place to vacation.

The checkin staff was very helpful and helped us add another guest and upgrade our room! The restaurant food was good - I especially liked Tomatillos and Italian restaurant! The waiters around the pool were very attentive, but the service was slow.
