Another good stay at Varscona. Unfortunately, the heating was turned off already (late May) and it happened to be a very cold week. We needed a portable heater which was provided on request.

A/c unit was not working so we baked over night. Cream for coffee was sour. No couch only 2 chairs which smelled horrible of smoke. Towels are worn out. We feel that this a room for “Expedia” guests. Won’t be back

this hotel is very convenient if you are shopping or enjoying or visiting any of the restaurants/bars in the area, or have to go to the U of A hospital. We like the proximity of it to all of these places.
