"Glad to see Santa Cruz is updating and continuing to update. This hotel is in a prime location. It’s a nice and clean hotel. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Parkings are limited. Our beach front view from our balcony was beautiful, minus the homeless tent in front us (on the beach sidewalk) and the homeless guys shooting up heroine. No worries. He left people a lone. "

"Elegant with crystal chandelers and statuary. The arm chair in my room (102) was not up the the standards of the rest of the property (threadbare arms). Of the 3 light bulbs above the wash basin in the bathroom, 2 were burned out. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay."
