"Location was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Our big issue was the a/c didn’t work properly. Room felt hot and stuffy. It made it difficult to sleep."

"Ample parking, minutes to boardwalk/beaches. The Back Nine Bar and Grill on the premises is lovely with great food. The room was clean and spacious. Excellent service at reception, they even gave me a bottle opener for my room!"

"Place was perfect because it’s close to downtown and the pier but the only issues is the bathroom drainage smelled so bad like sewer smelled, and it seems the more we used the worse the smell got"

"The location of this hotel is amazing, nice cozy room and view. Although rooms need some maintenance, shower door were lose and hardware, had water leaking that made floors wet. Tv wasn't setup for use. Requested assistant first report, few hours past no one came after being told someone was assigned. 2nd report, gave instructions how to connect yourself. Finally after 3rd request the representative at front desk came to check but still no luck. We we told management has been informed and they will get back. Nothing happened. Stayed 2 days no house keeping was offered. Overall atmosphere and place was good. Good for small vacation."

"Dreams Inn is a cute hotel right on the beach. Our room was right over the pool & we worried it would be loud but it wasn’t. The room was clean & comfy with a cute retro vibe. Great location for walking to the boardwalk & many restaurants & cafes "
