"It's not every day you get to stay in a home that was built in 1895. Yes the floors are a bit slanted and the toilet is super low to the ground - it's all part of the charm. Easy walk to cute downtown Capitola. Super quiet neighborhood and well maintained property. Breakfast was brought to us at exactly the time we had requested. We will be back."

"Old Victorian with rooms in out buildings. When we checked in we were disappointed that the advertized free parking was not available. The dining room was very attractive and the breakfast food was tasty, but a small portion, compared to other B&B's. The bathroom and one of the bedroom windows were missing curtains. Two of the windows were not attached to their frames, so they were threatening to fall into the room. The bed was comfortable. The decor was nice, but sparse. No chair, no bedside...

"Pictures misrepresent the state of accommodations. House is very old, bathroom is falling apart and we asked for an ocean view room - you could barely see it out of one corner of the window. Host didn’t even bother to ask us when we would like breakfast or if any dietary restrictions, nor did she ask if we...
