"Clean room , had issues with a sliding door not functioning and the shower was a little difficult at times. All in all was a great experience though."

"You can tell this is a slightly older hotel, but it is very clean and has everything you need. Our room was huge, and we loved having a kitchen and living room. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. You could easily walk most places in downtown! Bus stops right outside as well. Staff were incredible, from front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly! Overall phenomenal stay would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit."

"The Burrard is an old hotel with the feeling of a motor inn with doors opening out onto a central courtyard. Though old, it is clean and the rooms are quite complete in offering the nuances of comfort. Would not call it classy but would call it comfortable in its way "

"I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The location was convenient, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. What stood out most was a gentleman at the front desk,Shiv. His friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience feel easy and pleasant.
