"The hotel is great, but we didn’t really like Ottawa. We stayed for a couple of nights on a road trip. Staff at reception and in the bar were friendly and efficient, especially the Australian girl working in the bar. Parking was across the road in the Rideau Centre as the usual hotel car park was closed for work being done. Our room was clean and comfortable. Outside, the Rideau Centre is a new, modern shopping mall with a huge variety of shops and plenty of places to eat, but the rest of the main shopping area looks run down and tatty. It’s a short walk to the Rideau Canal and the parliament buildings. This area is much nicer - well kept and clean."

"I really enjoyed staying at les suites. The staff were helpful and kind. Its in a perfect location for restaurants amd downtown tourism. You can walk everywhere, if its to far to walk the bus system is very good. The room felt like a home away from home. The view i had of the city was awesome. Will definitely stay there again"
