The hostel is quite nice and well-maintained with a rustic feel! The Room, hallways, showers/toilets were clean, with 24/7 reception and staff are helpful. The breakfast was tasty, but limited in options, but then again you get what you pay for. Good for solo travelers who spend the day exploring and just need somewhere to sleep and shower.

Amenities were great as usual. Clean bathrooms, clean rooms, strong wifi, and very helpful staff. Especially Jackson, he’s a legend. Only nit pick I would say if maybe a meat to add with the breakfast. Like sausage or bacon. I won’t complain too much cuz it’s free and this is a hostel after all.

It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and dining hall was clean and organized. We took part in the tour and it was great. We really liked how secure the parking was. The washrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and had what was needed for a good sleep.

The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet (I mean, it *was * a Tuesday night in Ottawa). I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages! Bathrooms were clean too. Staff very helpful. And staying in a converted gaol is very cool. Highly recommended!
