"Oh where to begin. The first morning my coffee maker didn't work. Someone came up to replace it and the second one didn't work. He brought the third one, a different kind, and because he spoke no english, although he was a lovely gentleman, he couldn't explain how to use it. I finally got it to work on the second morning, although it wasn't very good. On my last full day, I came back after a long emotional event and asked whether there would be any food available for dinner because the dining room was closed. I was told the roof top bar would have some appies. They didn't - only chips and dip or nuts or pretzels. They had no idea that the front of house staff had said they would have food. So I had chips and dip for dinner. I really didn't want to leave the hotel. Not very impressed at all! The room was large and lovely, though. And the staff was good. But I would never stay there again!"

"Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and super friendly staff. Shout out to Amanda at front desk who checked us in, wished my son happy birthday, upgraded our room to accommodate a pull-out bed with no issue, and then surprised us later with a beautiful and delicious cheesecake slice on the house, for my son! He was overjoyed, thank you so much! Overall 10/10 stay. "

"Most of the receptacles in the room were either hard to reach or occupied for small fridge, microwave, lamps, coffeemaker and television. Had to use receptacle in bathroom to charge cell phones. Room met our basic needs. Smell of cannabis at entrance from the parking lot. Elevator super slow. Staff was friendly at check in and check out. "
