We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and truly enjoyed our time there. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable — the soundproofing was excellent, which made our stay especially relaxing. We also loved the warm bathroom floor, a small but thoughtful detail that felt wonderful during the winter. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, it felt like a cozy and well-cared-for place, and we would happily stay here again.

Le Germain was a great hotel and conveniently located such that we could park the car and walk everywhere we wanted in downtown Ottawa. Close to the Byward Market, restaurants, etc. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and staff was great. FYI the bathrooms are open concept. All opened to the actual room besides the toilet, clear glass showers. The area was not the best area. Didn’t feel comfortable walking around alone.
