The room seemed to be clean, and the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was very good. Parking was a bit of a pain (very tight) but not a huge problem, Bathroom sink drain was partly clogged I think. The bed was very comfortable. All in all, a decent place to stay, pricey, but I guess that's Ottawa.
