"Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. Nice property!
"A very comfortable stay for us on a road trip. The property is located in the mountains, about 30-45 minutes to the coastline where all the actions are. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had rooms that overlook the ski lifts. We went during the quiet season so there was limited dining options. It is a huge property with lots of attractions and we could imagine the buzz in the peak seasons. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms during our stay but the staff brought in electric fans which did the job. A nice stay after all."
