"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "

"ユーミン苗場コンサートの為に1泊素泊まりしました。 口コミを読んでいたので覚悟して行きましたが、それほど悪くはありませんでした。 吹雪の夜にプリンスホテルまで歩いて15分程でしたし、コンサート後の夜中1時までお風呂に入れました!湯船もお湯が出っ放しで綺麗でした。 部屋のガスストーブも温かかったです。 朝食に無料パンがあると口コミで見たのですが、ありませんでしたが、無料のコーヒーはあり美味しかったです。 でも、部屋の壁が薄いようで隣の音が丸聞こえで、夜中の隣りの部屋の咳が気になり眠れませんでした…。 あと、掛け布団のカバーが代えてないようで長い髪の毛が付いていてゲンナリしました…。 あと、歯ブラシとバスタオルしか無くて、浴衣と手拭いも欲しかったです。"
