"Hotel riu was an amazing experience. I enjoyed the facilities and the fact they still allow you use it after you check out and are waiting for you transportation. There were a wide variety of food options which I enjoyed and the staff are very friendly. Overall had a good stay and will come back here again"

At times, we received excellent service, while other interactions were surprisingly disappointing. The property is also very large, which made it feel a bit overwhelming and less personal than we prefer. Overall, the beautiful scenery made the stay enjoyable, but the service and size of the resort were drawbacks for us."

"Family of four. Kids really enjoyed the resort. Food was great and so was the service. Hotel is very well maintained. Given its size I would imagine peak times there are line ups. Everything was really great. Only negative I had was the constant selling of amenities. Would definitely go back."
