Had a great stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—we arrived early, and they gladly held our luggage so we could explore while we waited for check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the AC worked exceptionally well, which was a huge plus during the hot weather. Would definitely stay again!

Every time we come to Tijuana, we book here. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is always well maintained, and restaurant has great tasting food. The casino os always fun also.

Great hotel and a very enjoyable stay! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is centrally located, which makes it convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Having a casino right at the hotel is a nice bonus, and the free valet and complimentary hotel parking make the stay even more convenient. Overall, great service, a great location, and excellent amenities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The rooms was in excellent condition. Everything was clean and looked new and up to date. The housekeeping staff came every day. I enjoyed three meals in the hotel dining room. The food was excellent and the staff was professional and friendly. I will stay here again during my next visit to Tijuana.

The hotel is very nice, the room was very clean. The staff from the hotel were nice except the staff from the entrance. There’s no parking after 5 pm due to the casino. Nobody to tell you where to go and park your car. Not organized!
