"This hotel is top notch and beautiful. The room we were in, "VENEZIA" was gorgeous and spacious. My family truly enjoyed it. At all moments of the day and night, there is a friendly staffer ready and willing to help in any way necessary. The location is excellent... just a short walk to the main avenue that heads down to the Zocalo. The hotel also hands out a list of recommended restaurants. We tried 2 on the list and there's a reason the hotel recommended them... 10/10 for each. We tried Casa...

My friend had them do laundry for her and ended up with a few items of someone else’s belongings and some missing items so that was a bummer, but believe me that wouldn’t stop me from booking again in a heartbeat!
