The room was in excellent conditions even the restroom was pretty clean, However, durring the night we heard a lot of noises in the hallway and from the room next to us. This the second time that happens this year. I paid for a premium room and get a crappy one. Floors were dusty, towels really old, bathroom needs a good redo. What happened?? It’s used to be a great facility, now is only convenient. Las time we stayed the pillow cases smell bad. They didn’t change it.
