"We stayed 3 nights in hotel and breakfast were a bit different every day. It’s clean and our room is reasonably sized with queen bed which is very comfortable and affordable. Family Mart is across the road and parking is easily found. Staff is nice but the coffee machine is always not working. Our kettle is not working too. Overall we are satisfied with the price paid."

"A very chic hotel with a well thought out design for the rooms at very reasonable prices. Everything was super clean, liked all the extras of toiletries by the front desk. Did find it a bit disappointing that one had to sign up to a website to get the "free beverage". Signing up was not easy, so I did not follow through. When inquiring about breakfast, we were told a big group staying and we were sort of discouraged by the front desk from having breakfast at the hotel restaurant the next day....

"Quiet and older onsen by the river and train tracks in Gero onsen town. A shuttle service is providing certain hours, but we opted to walk to the resort from the train station. After a hot bath I recommend having a nice cold milk from the vending machines. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and it was fun to try the dinner/breakfast. Some instructions and info on how and what we were eating would have been nice but not knowing is a fun part of that experience! Thank you for having us!"
