The town itself was very beautiful with extremely friendly locals who were keen to start up a conversation.

The room is clean but not too spacious after the tatami are laid out. The staff are not rude but not extremely hospitable either. The breakfast buffet has many options and the karaoke room is very clean.

It would have been better if breakfast had been served as individual sets rather than a buffet. The buffet area felt quite overwhelming when everyone was trying to get their food, and some guests even cut the line. Serving breakfast at the tables would help create a more comfortable and orderly dining ...

Room was very clean and comfortable. Had its own washer/dryer which was so helpful in the middle of our journey. The staff was very helpful too in helping us with questions and shipping luggage. Great stay!!
