"It would have been better if breakfast had been served as individual sets rather than a buffet. The buffet area felt quite overwhelming when everyone was trying to get their food, and some guests even cut the line. Serving breakfast at the tables would help create a more comfortable and orderly dining experience."

"This was a very cute boutique hotel in a residential neighborhood. It was a very short walk from the train station so it was convenient traveling from Osaka. It was charming and very reasonable for me, my husband and son. The room had 3 beds and everything we needed. So glad we stayed here and would stay again. The hot beverage machine in the lobby was very nice. The staff was very nice, too."

"I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. The stentch in the rooms, horrible bathrooms. No amenities pretty awful. The politeness and service of the Japanese people made it better but it was pretty awful. I wish we could get a refund or a voucher. We thought of leaving but it was too late ! "
