"Omg from the moment I walk in to the main lobby the greeting from the staff was amazing. They offer me champagne and my room wasn't ready yet and already had access to food and drinks. Everyday it was a party on the resort. I love the club the first night. Afterwards it was the same music but the drinks was good. The pool bar buffet food was so good I sat in the rain still eating my food. I will visit again. My room was beautiful-5 stars room. Thanks again for the beautiful time at your resort."

"The property is massive. There’s so much on site entertainment. Everything was so clean, and they were constantly cleaning the entire time. The alcoholic drinks were very good and they used top shelf liquor. We did the VIP service and had a Butler and they were so friendly and accommodating they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay we will be coming back in a few months."

"We stayed in the Excellence Club side of this resort. The club gives you a separate side to the resort with two club-only pools, hot tubs, beach, dining room, and very attentive service from the staff. We stayed in Building 1 junior suite with its own private pool facing the beachfront club pool. We only used our own pool a couple of times since the club pool was literally right there. Housekeeping came twice daily and restocked whatever you used. The room was always damp but we learned too late that you can ask for a dehumidifier. There was a jetted tub in the room that we never used. The food reminded us of what you get on a small cruise ship. The main dining was the same buffet every day. It was just okay. All specialty restaurants are included without having to make reservations except for the hibachi "show" which was underwhelming. The club-only restaurant was good. We visited the cafe frequently for lattes and the occasional pastry. Be sure to check the dress code before you pack. The property is beautiful. The design of the property is well planned and easy to walk. Guests were pleasant and respectful to each other and the staff. Entertainment was like a small cruise ship. Bring your small bills for tips. Its proper to tip for every meal, when you get drinks or even order at the cafe counter. Shopping is minimal for souvenirs. A 10 minute Uber will give you to more options. Definitely use Seasons for your airport transfer. A+ service. Very relaxing and enjoyable st"
