This is our second trip to Royalton! We enjoyed our honeymoon and our butler Antonio was amazing. The room was clean, swim out pool was clean and always had friendly service at the bars and restaurants! 10/10!

Good afternoon. The e perience at the Hotel was excellent from the first day to the last. Mr. Jeifry Hechel, guest service representative, was outstanding, and he was attentive to us the entire time. This resort was wonderful!! The food choices was very good. We really enjoyed Zen and Hunter Steakhouse. Thumbs up to Ari and Zuleida in the beach bar. Another thumbs up to Orlando at the pool and Argenis in the restaurants. These people are awesome. Two thumbs down to Pamela. She is very rude and should find her another job that doesn't involve being around other people. I give this resort 5 stars.

I've stayed in various Resort here in Punta Cana, but the Royalton is currently in my top 3 favorite Resorts. From the staff, the food, the facility everything has been outstanding. Such a peaceful and beautiful place, me and my husband were delighted with everything and everyone. Jeifry vargas and everyone else's offered us an incredible experience. I hope to be back soon, with the rest of my family.
