I love the atmosphere but from a single man’s perspective, the family and kids environment was a turn off a bit, but all the inclusive foods and drinks was excellent. The resort is excellent and I would recommend it for people with families to go here. PS the nightclub’s not being open on Sunday night nights was a disappointment.

Everything was nice! The staff and all the people we met were very friendly! The restaurants were great! Loved the pools and the music. Had an issue with the air conditioning, but it got resolved. We were happy to be with family, however, some families had very small children and it would get a little loud in the rooms and hallways.

We had a great time! Rooms were nice and spacious. Never had to go far to get what you wanted tram system was good for getting around. Pools to match your needs calm relaxing to mild party to hold my beer lol beach was ok if you are going for beach experience probably not your place lot of seaweed but they did clean it up daily on the beach. Food was fantastic and pretty much accessible from anywhere on the property any time night or day. Water park was great. Casino was great! Resort staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms could get a little better ac circulation but it was never uncomfortable. Had a blast we will be back for sure!

This property was super well maintained and cleaned constantly, even water park washrooms were dry and clean. Pools were also clean. Food was delicious, we were hesitant about going to Punta Cana due to food quality but they exceeded our expectations. We were traveling with a 10 month old, and at every restaurant the chef made our lil one any purées we requested with no salt from scratch. Rooms were spacious and the jet tub was well loved by our 8 year old. The shows were amazing, huge choreographed performances, MJ, Madonna, queens, Beyoncé shows. Would definitely recommend and return again!

They really want you to be a member of hard rock vacation club. They will try and sell you on a vacation package a few different times. Just wanting to relax on vacation spent 3+ hours of saying no. Then they try to sell you when you were checking out. On a pay now travel anytime. They advertise 13 pools. 4 of the pools are members only. Nice facility.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Emily, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our entire stay. The resort is huge and offers plenty of daily activities, so there was always something fun to do for everyone. The only suggestion I have is that the rooms could use some maintenance or upgrades. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Very large property. The main building feels like an indoor shopping mall rather than a resort getaway. Good entertainment choices, but the main evening music events on the terrace felt like we were at a wedding. Lack of beachfront entertainment at night pushed everyone into the main building, so it always felt crowded. Beautifull property with things to do though. Avoid the hard sell on the vacation club membership. Use Grok or Chatgpt to research it before you sign anything.
