"This is an incredible hotel for any price! If you enjoy history this is where it all started for the Americas! Literally The first governor's house on the first paved road. The colonial city has a heavy police presence so it's as safe as anywhere you could go. I've never seen an old building kept up so well anywhere. The staff is first class and will do anything to make your stay as great as possible (especially my guy Hermes.) Once you stay here you'll never quit recommending it! I'll definitely be back!"

"They went above and beyond as I arrived early and they accommodated us with early check in was told go have breakfast and your room will be ready in an hour and it was . I would highly recommend. "

"I really enjoyed staying here. The lobby and the restaurant/lounge were very upscale and nice. My room was quiet. My room was small but serviceable as I was staying by myself. Location was great for Cuidad Colonial touring. I would stay here again but may try to select a bigger room."

"Mi estancia en Whala boca chica fue amena, me gustaría mencionar la excelente atención desde recepción con Félix y la otra chica que no supe su nombre, así como la de el bellboy que fue absolutamente amable y muy útil en cuestión de información, posterior me gustaría mencionar también a las chicas de animación que hiciera divertida la espera de la habitación y también fueron muy amables durante toda la estancia. El supervisor de habitaciones y la recámara fueron muy amables y tuvieron un gesto maravilloso que es de apreciar.
