We spent a week at Barcelo Barbara Palace. The service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly. The food was excellent and there was a ride variety of all types of dishes for Young and Old that you could choose from. The resort is big but well organized so it doesn’t take much to get from one area to another. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a terrific getaway for families or groups of adults.

This resort has something for everyone from all sorts of water crafts , bowling, pickleball, ping pong, nightly shows such as Michael Jackson and Madonna tribute and karaoke nights, spa and good size casino, mini golf, kiddie water park and driving range. In addition to 2 buffets, there were 4-6 sit down restaurants . The French restaurant was our favorite .

Airport shuttle from the airport to the property was very easy. The airport shuttle from the property back to the airport (to get home) not so much. This is our second stay at this resort and we love it! However, the return trip to the aiport has been challenging both times. We had to pay additional to get alternate transportation both times.
