The resort was beautiful and well maintained overall, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our concierge Carlos Enrique was excellent with coordinating dinner reservations and answering any questions we had. The rooms were very nice and kept clean. We stayed for the afternoon after checking out on the last day, and showers were available to reserve for the end of the day so we were able to swim and fully enjoy our last day there.

My family loved Ocean El Faro. Our concierge Miguel Garrido was a great host/guide. He arranged all our dinners and he helped us check out promptly. We enjoyed eating at the burger bar.
