Lovely staff and great food great for the family

This place was beautiful! Highly recommended!

We had a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sanctuary apartment upper level for our family of 4. It had a full size kitchen a balcony with lovely views of the Glasshouse mountain and the lovely resort pool. We had (and needed) a car as the resort is too far (& hot) to walk to Noosa beach with kids. Plus u can drive to Peregian, Sunshine beaches. We found the resort laid back and had a great stay. Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Nothing negative. On arrival the checkin assistant explained all about dining options in the area as well as providing us with helpful information about our planned trip to Bruny Island. The cocktail lounge is great and you can enjoy a pint overlooking the harbour. Pillow options in the room were a special treat. I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

High quality facilities made our one night stay very enjoyable. Amazing view of the coastline from each room as well as a delicious breakfast.

We absolutely loved our room on the top floor with the view of the marina and river. So comfortable having a separate bedroom. Hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond. Great hotel, really affordable with amazing breakfast options

The room size was amazing, I enjoyed having very reasonable priced cocktails at the bar. My safe could not be used - it was broken. Maybe check this before guests are welcomed into the room.

Although this property is a little dated it was excellent. The place was very clean and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The bed was very comfy.

Always a great place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. Jackie in the restaurant is super efficient, well organised and dedicated to everyone's needs.

Lovely great view down the Yarra.

I liked that parking was behind secure fencing and that all rooms have a washing machine and dryer with some detergent to use. I like the sink and full size fridge, excellent if travelling long distances. Also close to Woolworths, the bottle shop and nice pool.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything at this hotel. The position was perfect with easy access to the skybus, trains and trams and a lot of things were also within walking distance.
