Best hotel ever

I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had. It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)

The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

Great location. Quirky decor and fun music. Restaurants both enjoyable.

I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

The level of service this property was remarkable. Attention to detail and a personable approach really made us feel both welcome and special. And of course, the property itself, is a delightful amalgam of old and modern. Definitely a great stay.

My go to hotel in Sydney and I’m often there. Best sleep hotel. But the mini bar was removed??

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. Magnificent! Fantastic hotel in the centre of everything, trams, stations, shopping centre, restaurants and pubs. Giulia and the Front Desk Team are treating you with uniqueness and love. The rooms are huge, each of them with Kings beds and tv. Views from our 73 floor was just breath taking and I really enjoyed the pool and spa after Lo g days walks around the city and the harbours.
