This place couldn’t be more charming. From the air conditioned rooms to the amazing staff. Minutes from the beach and it is right next to a market. So convenient. My wife and I cannot wait to come back.

Always our "go to" motel when in Cayucos. It has a huge, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Double bathroom sinks and "kitchenette" sink is a plus, with mini fridge, microwave, and in-room coffee. It was very quiet and slept great!

This place was great. Staff were super helpful with my late check-in, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Right in town too, so you can walk everywhere. The rooms are big too. Like old-school motel rooms. I would stay here again.

Our room at Cayucos Beach Inn was comfortable, clean and quite large and served as the perfect base for us to explore the area. We could easily walk to the beach and into town for meals or shopping. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was quiet. The fridge even had a functioning freezer which was great for re-freezing the ice packs for our cooler. The front desk and cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

It was very clean . But for the price it needs to improve maybe add a jacuzzi or pool . They also need to add a guess bathroom in the lobby .For myself bed was not comfortable. But is very clean .

Great stay, Suni and Jayne were both so very nice and take really good care of their property. Grounds are lovely and the room was very comfortable. Very pet friendly and so is Cayucos. Beach access really close and nice little park right across the street.
