The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. She indulged us with little photo shoots and was generally array of sunshine. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Restaurants fantastic location is perfect.

The hotel was so convenient being right in the middle of downtown. We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to the Fremont theater. What made the stay really nice was the hospitality and service we received. We had an issue that we mentioned to the manager who happened to be nearby and he gave us service that was above and beyond our expectations to make up for the problem. We would stay here every time we come to San Luis Obispo. Also the Bistro food was excellent!

Hotel was super cute, in a great location. Walking distance to anything you could want or need. Only issue was outside street noise. Wasn’t expecting that to be so loud. The shower was a clear glass enclosed box, so make sure you’re comfortable showering on display with your fellow traveler!
