"Everything very good! A new hotel with very beautiful decor, a great location, and friendly staff. The Tiki bar is also really cool, with good food. The pool is small but nice. It's a shame we couldn't get an early check-in or late check-out."

"The staff seemed completely unprepared for Mother’s Day weekend. We were told that we could check in early and then when our room is ready, they would give us a call at 4 PM. 4 PM comes around no call. 5 PM comes around no call. We call the hotel and they tell us we have to come back in and register again. During initial registration and second registration, the staff had no problem, yelling at guests and being completely unprofessional and rude. I am actually flabbergasted that this was a TradeWinds resort. "

"We were able to check in early but the room we reserved (Sunset view suite) was not what we were given. The room was dirty, had mold on the ceiling and very outdated. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall. We had an issue with one of the key cards not working, luckily housekeeping was near by and let us into the room. She instructed us to go to the front desk since the key wasnt working. When we did the front desk representative told us we are doing it wrong. When we tried to explain that their own staff told us something was wrong with the key she just dismissed us. Between the poor condition of the room and the staff we left within hours of arriving and not getting a refund. Dont waste your time or money."
