"Very disappointing. We purchased a prepaid waterfront room over a month ago for our 30th anniversary. When we checked in, they told us that we were not getting that room but instead we would be getting a partial view room. (The partial view was a view of the street.) We asked why they moved us, instead of someone else, and they said bc there was a problem with one room. Disappointing given the length of time in advance we prepaid. That said, the room they gave us was nice. However it was dirty. Hair in the shower. Also, on day two of four, shower soap ran out and was never refilled. Finally, no towels for beach. When we asked if we could grab room towels from housekeeping, they said, sure, go find them. This is not an inexpensive hotel. The facility and location is very good. The customer service and cleanliness is not. . "

"Don’t let Expedia fool you with the perfect photos. This property is currently under construction and the entire time all we heard were cement trucks and drilling. The beach was closed off due to the construction. We had absolutely no idea this was happening before booking. Also, they have a few different buildings. We were given a room in one of the buildings that is set to be demolished soon. The sliding glass door croaked and groaned as we tried to pry it open. The elevators were dirty with what looked like pee stains on the floor, not to mention the glass. Buyer beware."

"The hotel is great. I got upgraded to a water front room which was a fabulous way to celebrate my birthday. Such a sweet surprise for sure. Will definitely be staying again! The front desk service was super friendly and everyone else around the property as well. "

"We could see a portion of the ocean from our room. The view of the ocean from the pool was wonderful. The room was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. The staff was also very night."

"The rooms need a little more updating with furniture, but they’re still trying to clean this place up from the hurricane the location was perfect. They have a great outdoor bar and and awesome bands. the beach is so beautiful here and the sunsets are amazing,i will definitely come back a very convenient spot."

"The staff was outstanding at the DoubleTree! We arrived 4 hours early, and the main desk staff person was able to get us in our room immediately! He also signed us up for Hilton Honors in which we received some great perks saving us money. Their restaurant Coconut Charlies was so good that we never ventured out to any other restaurants. My new favorite sandwich is their Hawaiian chicken sandwich! Unfortunately the weather was cool and windy most of the time we were there so we were unable to use the pool. Our balcony overlooking the ocean was a great place to sit and read which I did. We plan on going back to the Double Tree Beach Resort in North Redington Beach! "
