"Great hotel. Check-in was simple. Great room with a view. Lounge and restaurant very nice with great staff. Made the layover really easy for a 7am flight."

"No complaints the staff was friendly, I requested a room on the 1sr floor and i received that and also was able to park right in front of my room. It was quiet and I had a wonderful stay. I have reservations again for Three (3) rooms on May 16-18 and I pray I receive the same area for our rooms. "

"We had a great stay at the Island Resort. It was beautiful and everything was a short walk away. So close to the beach with a beautiful view from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only issues were that one of the elevators was always broken so the wait for an elevator was long at times, and the parking wasn’t great. Once you got a spot you didn’t want to leave it. But overall a great stay!"

"we had a great time when we stayed. The only issue we had was when we checked in. It took a very long time. The line was very long. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue we ever had was if we waited too late we couldn’t get washcloths they were ran out at night time. The employees were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed being so close to the waterpark and having an entrance to walk up to it was very convenient. The buses helped us out majorly! "

"Stayed for one night before a cruise, a family of three. We arrived past noon and the front desk was kind to give our room early. The room was clean and very well lit (natural sunlight, floor to ceiling windows). After we unpacked, we had a nice lunch at The Salty Siren, a beach front restaurant with a pool, which made our 8 yo very happy. Parents had a nice break as well with the tasty beverages while kids have a great time - win win. The location was nice as we took a stroll along the beach and towards a row of food kiosks (i think it's called a broadwalk). At night we had dinner at The Wreck with the swimming mermaid show. While the food was just average, they made it up with good service and the kids definitely enjoyed the show. This hotel had everything to make this a memorable stay for us. We will certainly be back!"

"It is a 5-star. Beach and pool are amazing. but they did not provide coffee machine in the room. You need to pay for everything here which you usually get for free when you stay Marriott or Hilton. Overall it is a happening place. "
