I called the front desk to let them know about the issues and they sent someone up to take a look at it. "Everyone was friendly, guests and staff. Only thing I didn't like was, I need a tv on while I sleep, if it goes off I wake up. The tv went off twice during the night the whole 5 days we were there, so I never got a full night sleep due to waking to turn it back on.
