Unfortunately, when I first arrived into my room, there were half filled drinks sitting in my room. There were two soaking wet towels thrown on the bathroom floor. I called the front desk to let them know about the issues and they sent someone up to take a look at it. After they took a look at it, and sent House Cleaner up to the room who wanted to know what I needed. So much for communication. The room itself had stained carpets. parking was great, I was lucky enough to have a room that was right across from a door that led to the parking lot. The restaurant on the 10th floor could use some help with an upgrade or at least fix the tables and chairs. The staff at the restaurant acted like they didn’t care. The staff at the breakfast were really nice though the food itself was OK for the first couple days, but after that, it was boring. I was surprised that there was no Beach and barely any access to the water. The pools were OK. the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
