Great place to stay on the cheap! Loved having our own kitchenette to cook simple meals and the access to the beach. Wish they put some chairs and umbrellas out on the beach for guests but we made do. The bar next door played fun music all weekend and we could just wander over and listen. Close walk to the official beach and fun restaurants, too. Will go back!

Staff was very pleasant. Saying the hotel is "on the beach" is a bit of a stretch. Yes, there is a small area of beach but you have to have your own chairs & umbrella. Outdoor pool was adequate.

We had a fantastic stay! It was so helpful to have utensils to cook meals. The staff was always so friendly and helpful, especially Chey/Shy who first welcomed us to the gulf. The beach was so close, no driving needed for the beach hangs during our stay. So much to do with so much walkability. Truly loved our stay!!

We enjoyed our brief 1-night stay at the Gulfview. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the window looked directly into another building. So much for a "Gulf View!"

Excellent location of affordable beachfront hotel with parking included in rate! Clean and spacious room with fridge, microwave, small cooktop, toaster and coffee maker for convenience. The staff was awesome. The rooms were nice but lacked plugs for charging electronics. Over all the stay was good. Ms.Debbie is super nice welcoming and empathetic. The manager was also very nice.
