"Bed screached every movement you made. Rooms was nice but smelled very humid."

"The property needs a facelift. Obvious wear and tear on facility takes away from staying there. Also staff was not very attentive to an issue with room. I found housekeeping myself and took care of it myself but shouldnt have had to. The room was.at least clean and quiet. BUT this Aloftneeds a ser I ous remodel.and update."

"We stayed here 1 night and left for a cruise the next day. The hotel is clean, staff is very nice, and there is shuttle that takes you to the cruise terminal in the morning for a small fee. This worked out perfect for what we needed. The only thing i didnt like was my shower and bathroom had some hair from previous guests. Maybe they could have cleaned a little better there but overall, i'd stay here again."

"very good place, quiet, safe, everything very clean, and very good guest service. One observation, in the room where I stayed, the curtains were not blocking the light at dawn, it entered the room above and below the curtains, but this is not a problem. (I like the room very dark)"

"I love the Front Desk woman name Mariana. She was professional and very nice. I can appreciate the early check-in as well because we missed our flight. The aparthotel we stayed in was nice and spacious. Although we didn’t have towels or wash cloths in our room. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. "
